We provide repair services at our retail store. Typical repair time can vary from a few hours to a full day depending on crowd and parts availability. Priority repair (30m - 2h waiting time) is available for an additional fee, subject to parts availability.

Some brands/models may not be listed due to lack of parts availability or lack of consistent parts pricing. Please contact us for a quotation.

  • How long does a repair take?
    Typical repair time can vary from a few hours to a full day depending on crowd and parts availability.
    * We recommend customers to arrive between 1pm and 6pm to avoid disappointment. Repairs after 6pm may not be completed within the same day.
  • Do you provide backup services?
    We do not provide backups prior to a repair. Customers are encouraged to backup their devices before sending for repair. We will not be liable for any data loss.
