Please note that we only have one branch at the address above. If there are claims of other branches of WhyMobile, do NOT transfer money or make deposits.
We have recieved reports of scams impersonating as WhyMobile collecting payment for goods that do not get delivered. When in doubt, call us to verify. If you have been scammed, please make a police report.

However, we do not maintain much inventory in our store. Customers are advised to call our store for stock availability before visiting our store to avoid disappointment.
NO Refund/Exchange Policy
While WhyMobile will do our best to ensure that your purchases are free from defects, we would like our customers to note that we DO NOT have any refund or 7-days exchange policy.
We will only exchange new products dead on arrival (DOA) at our store. Once it has left the store we cannot honour any refunds or exchanges.
We highly recommend that our customers test their phones thoroughly before leaving the store. This includes making a call, sending an SMS, taking a photo and clicking all buttons.
Faults identified after purchase should be brought to the respective manufacturers for warranty claims (where applicable).
